Treasurer

I began my journey with the Charity as an employee in 2011, helping to establish the Young Adult Carers Service and I loved every minute of it!. Since then I have gone on to develop my career as a Learning Disability Nurse but for the last 9 years have been fortunate enough to be back with the Charity as Treasurer to the Board of Trustees.  I have experienced the Charity from inside and out, and I continue to learn and contribute in equal measure.  My colleagues around the Board table have a real mix of skills and experiences that help us come together as a strong team.  I am delighted to be the one who holds the calculator at meetings  - it is truly fascinating to be helping build something special for carers in our area.
