Carer Engagement Adviser (Young Carers)
My aim as a Carer Engagement Adviser for Young Carers (8-18yrs) is to identify, and provide support for, Young Carers and their families so that they can develop emotionally and physically and reach their full potential. I enjoy working with young people to help and support them through challenges so that they are empowered to manage future challenges themselves.
Away from work I enjoy spending time with my own family, walking my dog, running and holidays in my campervan.
