Join us  fortnightly on a Thursday for 'Not Just Me' at Kirkham Close, Whitby if you are someone who is aged 65 or over and experiencing mental ill health. 

Each session we will be offering something different to take part in! Activities will include leisurely guided walks, fun arts & craft projects and even some gentle exercise!

There will also be the chance, if you prefer, to just have a chat, cup of tea and take part in some quizzes or board games. One of our social group sessions will also include an enjoyable light lunch! Activities will take place on a rota basis.
