Due to continued expansion we are pleased to be recruiting for a Service Manager to be based at the Northallerton office
Hours: 37.5 per week
You will be an experienced, inspiring and motivative Service Manager with excellent leadership skills to drive the daily operations/services of the charity, to enhance performance and ensure the organisation operates to the highest standards in service delivery and people management. Are you passionate about providing high quality services within a growing organisation? Do you have enthusiasm, a good sense of humour and empathy? You will need project management and people skills with the ability to supervise staff and to support service users.
You will work closely within the Senior Management team to ensure the whole service is operating to its full potential. Help generate different ways of working to meet the needs of service users, identify gaps in provision and raise awareness of the work the charity provides to the wider community. Can you combine these skills with experience of working in partnership with local and regional groups, health, and social care professionals and voluntary organisations?
