Carers Plus Yorkshire are delighted to invite you to our first Referrers Breakfasts in Hornsea, at Hornsea Town Council, Town Hall, 75A Newbegin, Hornsea, East Yorkshire, HU18 1PA on Tuesday 8th August.

We would really value your attendance to learn more about our service offer, our expanding provision and the referral process for clients you may wish to refer to us.

The breakfast meeting will also be a fabulous opportunity for us to hear from you and how we can support unpaid carers you may work with.

Breakfast refreshments will be provided – please indicate any dietary requirements upon booking.
