Carers Plus Yorkshire are delighted to invite you to our first Referrers Breakfasts in Driffield, at Love Driffield, Driffield & Wolds food bank, The Exchange Hub, The Rear of 52/53, Market Place, Driffield, YO25 6AW on Tuesday 25th July.
We would really value your attendance to learn more about our service offer, our expanding provision and the referral process for clients you may wish to refer to us.
The breakfast meeting will also be a fabulous opportunity for us to hear from you and how we can support unpaid carers you may work with.
