Our remodelled Care for a Cuppa is back and in a new venue!

Are you a carer who would like to:

• Meet like-minded carers?

• Share experiences and learn from each other?

• Gain valuable information for your caring role?

• Find time for yourself and make new friends?

Each fortnightly group will alternate between a cuppa and cake social and then a themed activity or learning session. Join us to care with confidence and take the opportunity for some time for yourself!

Fortnightly on a Thursday. Beginning 7th August 2025. 11am to 12.30pm

Thursday 16th October – Caring & Resources - An overview of eligibility including finance, benefits & concessions.

Thursday 13th November – Caring Practicalities - Cost reduction tips/technics including energy saving, aids & equipment.

Thursday 22nd January – Caring & Coping & Life - Focus towards different ways of bringing balance to busy caring lives.

Thursday 18th February– Carers Health & Wellbeing - A session focusing on wellbeing, self-care & resilience.

Thursday 19th March – Caring Day to Day - Supporting carers skills, the practical role of caring and first aid

Thursday 16th April – Care to Socialise - Time together for pastry rewards, reflection and renewal - what's next?
