Do you care for someone living with Dementia? Seeking help and support?

We are a carers group who meet once a month and understand how important it is to get out, have a cuppa and do something for yourself.

We offer support to each other as well as providing some practical tips or help if needed. If you feel that this is for you why not come along and give it a try?!

You are welcome to bring the cared for who can join others living with Dementia for a chat of their own.

Please note a member of staff from Carers Plus Yorkshire will not be present.
