Join us in a gentle movement and chair based exercise.

There will be lots of laughs and feel good energy so why not come along?

Open to anyone 18+ whether you are an unpaid carer (you can bring your cared for) or just want some company and to meet new people. It costs £3 per person and there will be time for refreshments afterwards.
