Carer Engagement Adviser (Outreach)

We are looking to recruit a Carers Engagment Adviser to facilitate and support groups of carers in Outreach locations. You will be joining a professional team based in Northallerton.

Carer Engagement Adviser (Outreach)

22.5 hours per week, salary £23,615 (fte)

Fixed-term for 1 year in the first instance

Based from Northallerton office

You will work alongside the core Carer Advisers supporting small groups of adult carers with common needs, challenges and experiences.  You will continue to develop the established groups and identify, design and develop further groups according to identified need. You will possess an empathetic nature and be dynamic and proactive in your approach. 

The work will be predominantly in Richmondshire, but your office base will be in Northallerton.  Blended home / office working
