Salary: £31,219 (pro rata)
Hours: 30 or 37.5 per week

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, inspiring and motivated Communities Outreach Manager for our Communities Team with excellent leadership and project managment skills to manage a wide range of community services with Carers Plus Yorkshire portfolio. To enhance performance and ensure the organisation operates to the highest standards in its delivery outcomes and partnerships. You will need the ability to work at pace, be adaptable, solution focused with excellent people skills able to supervise staff and to support service users.
You will work closely with the Management team to ensure the whole service is operating to its full potential. Help generate different ways of working to meet the needs of clients, identify gaps in provision and raise awareness of the work the charity provides to the wider community. Support the management team with funding applications to enhance the service. Can you combine these skills with experience of working in partnership with local and regional groups, health, and social care professionals and voluntary organisations?
Hybrid working and flexibility between office and outreach hubs is expected and so a driving licence and access to a car is essential. Occasional evening and weekend working is required, as such flexibility in your schedule is crucial.
