Carer Engagement Adviser (Young Carers)

As a Young Carer worker I support children aged 8-18 who have a caring role supporting someone in their home. My work is to offer 1-1 sessions to young carers so that they have someone to talk to about how they are feeling and to offer support to help them with any issues they may be having. It is a rewarding job knowing that I am supporting children to be the best version of themselves and that I’m helping to improve their outcomes.
