Carer Engagement Adviser (Adult Carers)
I have worked in Health and Adult Social Care for over thirty years mainly supporting Children, Adults and the Elderly with complex health and social care needs. I feel very passionate about ensuring unpaid carers are emotionally supported and signposted to appropriate services, particulary owing to the fact that I have been, and continue to be, an unpaid carer myself.
Outside of work, I am a very sociable person who likes to have a busy diary of events, such as live music, theatre, and travel
